The Black Swan: Myth or Reality?


The tradition said that whenever there was a royal birth the festivities would last five days. And for the record, the Black Swan wasn’t from the royalty; she descended from the common people. Her birth shouldn’t be so extraordinary to be celebrated during five long and cheerful days. But how everyone, even now, knows her as one of the Greatest Princesses of the north’s breed and no one knows her real name? Was she favored by the Gods even if she was born in the weak state of the Great Crystal? All the births in Atlantis are controlled to occur during daylight don’t ask me why. Many facts are vague, imprecise, some of them are lost.
It’s known that in a remote time, there were two kingdoms coexisting in Atlantis. The Rinkinens were the one of the north, and the one of the south were the Margrietus. There still was an independent religious tribe, the Crystal People who protected the Great Crystal, the Sun of that hidden land.
Presently there is only one united kingdom, and that restrict group of high-priests. They live in the Temple of Light near the Pyramid of the Great Crystal. Only they have the keys to the secrets of Atlantis. They are the ones who guard all the doors, all the locks, all the books, all the testimonials written about the History of this land.
There is a collection of ancient books named The Lost Keys. Very few have access to its confidential information, only the Pontiff Mar-Hir and his five closest priests have that privilege. Even the Kings don’t have any kind of permission to take a look. Some more curious have used the force and tried to steal them but each and every one of them have failed. We’re talking about a restrained group of priests who knows different arts of magic. They can do things that no one dreamed of.
Now, the Pontiff Mar-Hir will tell us one of those stories. He chose the ancient language of the Rinkinens to enlighten us about the mystery of the Black Swan, a nickname that endures until now. She was the one who unified all the habitants in one kingdom yet no one knows her real name. And her name was…
